Referral service only

Brya Services Handyman is a handyman and home repair referral service. We do not employ handymen, technicians, repair crews or contractors, and we do not perform repair, maintenance or construction work. Services are performed by independent local contractors.

Contractor availability, qualifications, licensing requirements, permits, materials, labor, pricing, project scope, scheduling and final work details are confirmed directly by the independent contractor. Any agreement for services is between you and that contractor.

Quote requests

Submitting a form on this site requests a quote and does not create an obligation to book services, and it does not guarantee that a contractor will be available for your project. Quotes, estimates and timelines are provided by the independent contractor.

Specialty and regulated work

Projects that involve regulated trades, permits, structural work, gas lines, major electrical work, major plumbing work, roofing, HVAC, mold, pest control or other specialty repairs may require a properly qualified contractor and are subject to availability. Service availability and any required licensing or permits are confirmed directly by the independent contractor.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information only. We do not provide legal, building-code, permit, safety-inspection or engineering advice, and we do not guarantee code compliance, inspection approval, permit approval or project outcomes.

No warranties

This website and its content are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the work of any independent contractor, and we make no representation that any contractor is licensed, insured, bonded, certified or background checked unless expressly stated and verified.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brya Services Handyman is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from services performed by an independent contractor.
