Move-out checklist
Focus on returning the space to a clean, functional baseline.
- Patch nail holes and wall damage
- Re-secure or replace loose hardware
- Check that every door latches
- Replace damaged blinds or shades
- Note anything beyond normal wear
Move-in checklist
Focus on setup and anything that will annoy you daily if left alone.
- Mount televisions, shelves and mirrors
- Assemble furniture
- Install curtain rods and window coverings
- Adjust sticking doors and cabinets
- Replace worn hardware
